How to get the Access preferential rate and have your account billed back to Access
To book with your discounted rates, you need to use promo code "15ACCESS". Simply click through to the relevant hotel's booking page below, enter the promo code as shown and press Next..
You’ll need to use your Access email address, otherwise, the booking may be rejected. Card details are required to guarantee your reservation but don’t worry, your card will not be charged! Access will be invoiced for your stay including breakfast if you include it in your booking.
You'll then need to choose your room type and then click "Show rates". Your exclusive rate will then be shown under Promotional Rates and be available for you to book.
Once you’ve booked using the code, you’ll receive a booking confirmation. It’s a standard confirmation and so won’t reference these invoicing arrangements, but please be assured that using the discount code guarantees that your account (as specified above) will be charged back to Access.
