As we see a gradual return to working on campus, we understand that some colleagues will still be working from home where possible. However, you may need to meet with team members or conduct external meetings where Zoom or Teams calls aren't sufficient. Alternatively, you may wish to work from a private room away from home, without having to contend with a shared or crowded office space.
That's why we're offering our syndicate rooms for University colleagues to use free of charge in a certified Covid-safe environment. Our processes have been risk-assessed by the University and our venues have been certified by the Meetings Industry Association's AIM secure accreditation.

Refreshments
Tea and coffee are available from the free-pour machines in the bar and lounge areas. However, if you wish to purchase additional refreshments or working lunches, you can utilise our contactless concierge app. Simply scan the QR code on the table in your room, enter your room number, then order and pay from your personal device. We will then deliver your order to your room.

- In order to maintain social distancing, a maximum of 5 people per room are permitted
- If you are submitting a booking request out of office hours (Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm), we will respond as soon as possible the next working day.
