Target: To annually exceed 5% of employees enrolled in professional and development programmes

Target: To have a Mental Health First Aider available 24 hours a day
6. RESPONSIBLE PROCUREMENT
Target: All of our suppliers will go through a five-point checklist by 2026
7. ENERGY USAGE
Target: To reduce our energy usage per overnight guest by 5%
8. WASTE
Target: To reduce our waste by 5% per overnight guest
9. WATER USAGE
Target: To reduce our water consumption to below 0.2 Cub Meters per overnight guest
10. SUSTAINABLE EVENTS
Target: To achieve IS0 20121 by the end of 2025
