How we communicate

Good communication is vital to keeping the wheels turning and our teams feeling empowered to do a great job. Here are a few of the ways that we communicate with each other:

Employee Voice

Employee voice

Each area of the business has a nominated representative (voted for by the team) who attends our employee forum. The forum meets bi-monthly and a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is always in attendance. At each meeting, the reps are given a business update to feedback to their teams as well as the opportunity to raise any ideas or concerns that their teams would like to raise to the business.

Team Feedback Survey

Team Feedback survey

Regularly throughout the year, we ask for you to complete a survey. Your feedback is important to us as we strive to make Imago a place where our people love to be. It allows us to improve our culture, our performance and your experience when you come to work.

Town Halls

Town Halls

Twice a year, our Chief Executive, supported by his senior team, holds "town halls" for every team member to attend. This is an opportunity to hear how we are performing, what is happening in the business, and the plans for the future, as well as ask any questions straight to Spencer.

Team Briefings

Team Briefings

Each month your team gets together and your manager will update you on business performance, feedback we have received from guests, our key customers for the coming month, team updates, and any company news.

Pdp

My Review and PDP (Personal Development Plan)

In August of every year, you will meet with your manager to review your past year and set your goals and objectives for the coming year. This is your chance to talk about development opportunities, your career plans, and the support you may need to help you meet your goals. Halfway through the year, you will have a mid-year check-in with your manager, to review your set objectives and update on your progress.

One To Ones

One-to-ones

Throughout the year, you will have regular one-to-one meetings with your manager. This is time spent away from the floor and will help build your relationship with your manager. These conversations will include business and team updates, feedback, connect on any pressing issues you may have and are a chance to regularly check-in on your goals and objectives.

Facebook Group

Facebook group

We have an Imago community Facebook page called Imago Team Space. This is the place to connect with your team and share good news stories and activities happening across the business.
